What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?

Every dog is different, so what you bring may depend on your pup's personality and comfort level. Food is required unless you choose one of our meal options, including The Honest Kitchen Beef or Turkey Clusters or our homemade beef, veggie, and liver mix.

For some dogs, especially those who are new to boarding or prone to anxiety, comfort items such as a blanket or shirt that smells like home can help them settle in more easily.

Beds, toys, treats, bowls, and crates are not required, as we provide these for all dogs in our care. However, you're always welcome to send any personal items you think will make your dog feel more comfortable during their stay.

How often will I receive updates?

Photo and video updates are provided throughout your dog's stay so you can see how your dog is settling in, playing, and enjoying their time with us.

What does a typical day look like?

Our days are thoughtfully structured to balance activity, enrichment, and rest. Mornings are typically spent enjoying supervised play and socialization, while afternoons are dedicated to relaxation and downtime. In the evenings, dogs participate in enrichment activities designed to keep their minds engaged and fulfilled.

Dogs also receive regular walks throughout the day, typically between 2–4 walks depending on their age, energy level, and potty needs. Every dog's routine is tailored to ensure they remain comfortable, happy, and well cared for during their stay.

What if my dog has never attended daycare or boarding?

No problem! We take introductions slowly and allow each dog to adjust at their own pace. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, we utilize gates, crates, and supervised introductions when needed. Our goal is to help every dog feel secure, confident, and comfortable during their stay.

Do you offer Meet and Greets?

Yes, meet and greets are required for all new dogs before their first stay. This helps us assess temperament, ensure a good fit, and learn your dog’s routine so we can provide safe, personalized care.
